Bühne Cipolla transforms well-known works of world literature into expressive and poetic puppet theatre and was celebrated enthusiastically in 2017 with “Michael Kohlhaas“ in the Kulturforum. In “The Downfall of the House Usher“ the puppeteer Sebastian Kautz and the musician Gero John create a fascinating, gloomy world on stage, using witty dolls, expressive masks and fantastic sounds.
