This creation originated in Taipei through a collaboration between the National Theater & Concert Hall of Taiwan, master-puppeteer Yeung Faï and a mainly Taiwanese team. “Lifelines” is the opportunity for Yeung Faï to question the Taiwanese culture and its identity, through a narrative with historical and poetic dimensions. It also questions borders, migration, exodus, the loss and the construction of identity.
The performance on May 23 will be followed by an artist talk in English.
