As an introduction to their four-year degree programme, students in their first semester in Prof. Julika Mayer’s class work with objects and materials of their choice.
Does the object come to me or do I come to it? Does my material find me? We show scenes and improvised moments, work in public, play and improvise with plastic algae and blow-up dolls, willow rods and ship’s rope, parasols and car wheels, pylons and braces. Everything flies around our ears – until the air is out.

Puppet + Object Theatre
Venue is suitable for wheelchair users. Access via the theatre courtyard (Wasserturmstraße).
A temporary induction system will be installed for the duration of the festival. Audiences can use the induction system either via headphones or their own hearing aids. A limited number of FM receivers with neck-held induction loops can be borrowed for a deposit at the respective day and evening box offices. We kindly ask you to bring your own headphones.
